QUOTATIONS
The Ohio County Public Service District (the “District”) will accept sealed bids at 5383 National Road, Triadelphia, West Virginia 26059 for Ten (10) days following publication of this Legal Notice. No bid will be accepted after 4:00 p.m. eastern time on the tenth day after publication. All bids must comply with the following:
One (1) 2024 Light Duty, Regular Cab Pickup Truck with the following specifications:

The District reserves the right to accept or reject any bids received. The District reserves the right to reject all bids received and restart the bidding process. The District reserves the right to alter or postpone the date for receiving and opening bidding. The District reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest responsible bidder if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the District. The District further reserves the right to waive any informality in a bid or reject a bid based on such informality if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
