AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Venezia Bulk Transport has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit, for a flare located on 3432 Dallas Pike in Triadelphia in Ohio County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40 degrees 02′ 58.9884″, -80 degrees 33′ 22.7016″.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Carbon Monoxide 14.3 tons per year (tpy), Nitrogen Oxides 3.13tpy, Particulate Matter 0.00344TPY and Volatile Organic Carbons 6.45tpy.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the First day of May, 2024. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
