You will take notice that Town of Triadelphia, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 356178, located in TRIADELPHIA TOWN District, RENTSCHLER PLC PT 36 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of MILLER JAMES D, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Ohio County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on 01/03/2024. Town of Triadelphia requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 07/29/2024, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
