Bids are due by Monday, March 25, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at which time all bids will be read aloud. Bids must be addressed to the Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Suite 215, Wheeling, WV 26003 and must be clearly marked as “2021 BJAG Equipment” on the exterior of the sealed envelope.
