The object of the above entitled action is for Judy Ann McCausland to legally change his name to Judy Ann Higley. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Judy Ann McCausland to Judy Ann Higley. A hearing shall be on the 17 day of April, 2024 at 9:15 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
