CREDITORS AND
BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF
CONSTANCE L.
THOMPSON
PURSUANT TO WEST VIRGINIA CODE
Section 44-1-14a
The above-named Estate has been referred and assigned to a Fiduciary Commissioner, namely, April Manypenny Raines, Esq., 300 Carolina Avenue, Chester, WV 26034. Executor: Jane T. Coyle, 2221 Hopedale Ave., Charlotte, NC 28207. Estate attorney: Jeffrey J. Rokisky, 3200 Min Street, Weirton, WV 26062. All persons having claims against the Estate of Constance L. Thompson, whether due or not, are notified to exhibit their claims, with the voucher thereof, legally verified, along with a $5.00 filing fee to the Hancock County Commission at the Hancock County Courthouse, PO Box 367, New Cumberland, West Virginia, 26047, within sixty (60) days of the date of the first publication, otherwise they may, by law, be excluded from all benefit of said estate.
Any person seeking to impeach or establish a Last Will and Testament must make a complaint with said Commission pursuant to and in accordance with the relevant sections of West Virginia Code ยง41-5-11 et seq. Any interested person objecting to the qualifications of the personal representative, or the venue or jurisdiction of the Estate must file their written objection with the said County Commission within 60 days after the date of first publication or 30 days of service of the Notice, whichever is later.
