ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Separate, sealed bids for the following projects will be received by Housing Authority of the City of Wheeling, WV, 11 Community Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 until TUESDAY, APRIL 16, 2024 at 1:30PM/EST. The Housing Authority will receive bids from only qualified contractors with a valid State of WV Business Certificate and a minimum 5-years’ experience in work required.

The Housing Authority of the City of Wheeling may consider informal any bid not prepared in accordance with the provisions of this advertisement and/or specifications and may waive any informality or reject any and all bids.
