NOTICE OF PETITION TO CLOSE A PORTION OF LANE K AND A PORTION OF WELLS AVENUE
THAT ARE UNOPENED AND UNUSED LOCATED IN NEWELL, GRANT DISTRICT, HANCOCK COUNTY, WEST VIRIGINA
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to West Virginia Code §7-1-3h, that the Petitioner, HLC Holding, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, will bring on for hearing its Petition to Close a Portion of Lane K and a Portion of Wells Avenue that are unopened and unused, before the Hancock County Commission at the Hancock County Courthouse in New Cumberland, West Virginia, on April 25, 2024 at 11:30 a.m., in the office of the Hancock County Commission. Any interested parties may attend to protect their interests.
