TO: JOSHUA CALEB LALLATHIN, biological father of A.L.M., whose date of birth is November 1, 2023.
ORDER OF PUBLICATION
IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 23-JA-131 KARA MOORE, biological mother of infant A.L.M., whose date of birth is November 1, 2023 and JOSHUA CALEB LALLATHIN, biological father of A.L.M., whose date of birth is November 1, 2023, natural child of Kara Moore.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that JOSHUA CALEB LALLTHIN has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant A.L.M., whose date of birth is November 1, 2023. JOSHUA CALEB LALLATHIN is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 4th day of April, 2024 at 9:45 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing , if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of JOSHUA CALEB LALLATHIN, biological father of A.L.M., whose date of birth is November 1, 2023., may be terminated.
