FOR BIDS
The City of Wheeling will receive sealed bids for the following chemicals: carbon, citric acid, hydrofluosilicic acid, ferric chloride, phosphate, potassium permanganate, sodium hydroxide, and sulfuric acid (for Water Treatment Plant) and sodium bisulfite and sodium hypochlorite (for Water Treatment Plant and Water Pollution Control) in the office of the City Manager of the City of Wheeling, on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at which time they will be publically opened and read aloud.
Bid is to be addressed to the City of Wheeling, W/WPC Accounting, 1500 Chapline St., Room 112, Wheeling, WV 26003-3579. The envelope shall be marked Water Dept Chemical Bid.
Specifications and blank bid forms can be obtained in the Wheeling Water Department, 1500 Chapline St., Room 112 Wheeling, WV 26003.
