Invitation For Bids Kitchen And Soil Stack Renovations Golden Towers Moundsville Housing.
The HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MOUNDSVILLE, Moundsville, West Virginia will receive sealed bids at its administrative offices at Golden Towers Apartments, 501 Tenth Street, Moundsville, WV for its KITCHEN AND SOIL STACK RENOVATIONS PROJECT, AT GOLDEN TOWERS, for its public housing development until 11:00 AM EST on Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Housing Authority will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors with a minimum of 5 years experience in the work being bid.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of April, 2015 at the Moundsville Housing Authority’s administrative offices at 501 Tenth Street, Moundsville, WV. The scope and details of the proposed work will be covered. Attendance is recommended. Site visitation is mandatory and will be conducted immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference.
A certified check or bank draft, payable to MOUNDSVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY Par Value U.S. Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.
The MOUNDSVILLE HOUSING AUTHORTIY reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
