The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that CASSANDRA THOMAS and MARC STEADHAM have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants C.B., whose date of birth is July 13, 2011, Baby A.T., whose date of birth is March 31, 2024, ad Baby T.B., whose date of birth is March 31, 2024. CASSANDRA THOMAS and MARC STEADHAM are ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 18th day of June, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing , if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise CASSANDRA THOMAS, biological mother of infant Baby A.T., whose date of birth is March 31, 2024, Baby B.T., whose date of birth is March 31, 2024, and C.B., whose date of birth is July 13, 2011, and MARC STEADHAM, putative biological father of infant Baby A.T., whose date of birth is March 31, 2024 and Baby B.T., whose date of birth is March 31, 2024, may be adjudicated abusive and neglectful parents.
