will be received by the City of New Martinsville Parks and Recreation Department, 197 Main Street, New Martinsville, WV 26155, at the above address until:
7:30 PM, Local Time
Monday, June 03, 2024
And at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Work includes demolition and removal of the Bruce Pool, except for the front entry structure which will be preserved, and preparation of the site and structure for future use or improvements. A new electrical service will be installed at the Bruce Park mini-golf building.

Each Bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by certified check or cashier’s check in the amount of not less than 5% of the Bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price.
