NOTICE OF TWO
PUBLIC HEARINGS
A public hearing will be held to amend and reenact article 1103 of the City of Wheeling Codified Ordinances entitled Littering. A second public hearing will be held to amend and reenact Article 547 entitled Tobacco Usage Restrictions. Copies of both Ordinances and attachments are available in the office of the City Clerk. The public hearings will be held in City Council Chambers, first floor, City-County building, 1500 Chapline St, Wheeling, WV beginning at 5:30 p.m. on May 21, 2024, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.
