Bidders may obtain copies of specifications and bid forms of proposal from the Operations Center of the Ohio County Board of Education at 280 Fulton St., Wheeling, WV 26003. Equipment specifications can be requested during the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. from Wednesday, May 15, 2024 to Thursday May 23, 2024 by calling

This request for sealed proposals is for the sale of specified use equipment only. Please submit your sealed proposal to the Office of the Assistant Superintendent at the Ohio County Board of Education, 2203 National Road, Wheeling, West Virginia, 26003, prior to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 . Please mark the outside of the envelope as “BID FOR USED EQUIPMENT.”
No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
The Ohio County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to award the bid to other than the high bidder, to accept any or all alternates, to waive irregularities and/or formalities, and in general to make the award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of Ohio County Schools.
