Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-D General Permit Modification for a natural gas production facility (WILLIAM RODGERS) located in Ohio County, WV.
Take exit 5 (Triadelphia/Elm Grove) from Interstate 70 near Wheeling, WV. After exiting, turn right onto US 40 (National Road) and travel east approximately 8.6 miles to unsigned access road on the left.

Operations are planned to begin on or about June 20, 2024. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
