The object of the above entitled action is for Caden Tyler Petrucci Gray to legally change his/her name to Caden Tyler Petrucci. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by Said Court for changing the name of Caden Tyler Petrucci Gray to Caden Tyler Petrucci.
A hearing shall be on the 17th day of June, 2024, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
