NOTICE OF PROPOSED SETTLEMENT OF
ESTATES
To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the within named deceased person(s):
ESTATE OF: MARIE E. PELKEY, (deceased).
I have before me the proposed Final Settlement/Final Accounting of the Estate of the above named deceased person(s) which shall be presented to the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, at the Ohio County Courthouse, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia, 2nd Floor, on the 24th day of June 2024, at 9:00 a.m., which Final Settlement/Final Accounting has been presented to me by the respective fiduciary of such estate and which Final Settlement/Final Accounting, I, the Fiduciary Commissioner for said Estate, have approved.
Any person having any interest in the Estate of any such deceased person as referenced above may appear before the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia, 2nd Floor, before the time and place hereinabove specified (that being before the 24th day of June 2024, at 9:00 a.m.) and thereupon protect his or her or their interests as they may appear and may object to the Final Settlement/Final Accounting before the date and time hereinabove specified (that being before the 24th day of June 2024, at 9:00 a.m.) or else may be forever thereafter barred from asserting such interests, claims or objections.
The publication dates are June 3, 2024 and June 10, 2024, (the first and second Mondays of the month next after receipt of the Final Settlement/Final Accounting). If you have any objection to the Final Settlement/Final Accounting you must properly and timely file your objection with the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, at the place hereinabove specified, before the date and time hereinabove specified (that being before the 24th day of June 2024, at 9:00 a.m.).
