The City of Paden City will
hold a second public
hearing on a ordinance,
he principal object of
which is the increase of
sewer rates for customers
of the sewer system
operated by the City of
Paden City. The title of
such ordinance is “An
Ordinance to Increase
Sewer Rates.” Another
vote on adoption of said
ordinance shall be held in the Council Chambers of
the City of Paden City,
208 West Main Street, Paden City, WV on
DATE, JUNE 12, 2024
( 4:30 PM). Interested
parties may appear and
be heard at such time with
respect to the passage of
the proposed ordinance.
