FOR BIDS
FOR NEW (1) ProR-15S8 15’x8′ Storage Shed, and (1) 21cu yd recycling drop box, and (2) 20 cu yd open-top roll-offs, OR EQUIVALENT FOR OHIO COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY
Ohio County Solid Waste Authority is accepting sealed bids for (4) total new containers: (1) ProR-15S8 15’x8′ Storage Shed, and (1) 21 cu yd recycling drop box, and (2) 20 cu yd open-top roll-offs with the following minimum specifications: All containers must be standard rail (36″), single rear door, with a large cable hook on box front (no d-rings welded), 4″ nose rollers, and must be painted black with industrial paint, minimum 1 year warranty, and all standard safety equipment.
Vendors must bid on all items listed. Bids must include the cost of delivery and all applicable taxes and fees. Delivery must be made as soon as possible but no later than 6 months. Preference may be considered for earlier delivery dates.

Bid submission should be labeled “Hauling Containers” on envelope or email subject. Completed bids must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 18, 2024. The accepted or winning bid price must remain valid until purchase is complete. No bidder may withdraw their proposal within 30 days after opening. Please contact WVDEP-REAP at 1-800-322-5530 to report your bid submission.
The Ohio County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any and all proposals, to reject any and all proposals, and to negotiate with the apparent qualified company to such an extent as may be necessary. Bid opening will occur during the regular Ohio County Solid Waste Authority meeting on July 25, 2024 at 12pm at 1500 Chapline Street Room 103 Wheeling, WV 26003.
