PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Separate, sealed bids for the following projects will be received by the Housing Authority of the City of Wheeling, WV, 11 Community Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 until 1:30PM/EST, TUESDAY, JUNE 25, 2024. Bids will be received from only qualified contractors with a minimum 5-years experience in work being performed and a valid State of West Virginia Business Certificate.
