The object of the above entitled action is for Angelina Nicole Paree to legally change her name to Augustine Nicole Paree. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Angelina Nicole Paree to Augustine Nicole Paree.
A hearing shall be on the 11th day of June, 2024 at 10:00 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
