REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS
The Northern Panhandle Workforce Development Board, Inc. (NPWDB, Inc.) is soliciting Request For Proposals (RFPs) for the management and delivery of an On-The-Job Training (OJT) Program in the Northern Panhandle region (Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel and Tyler counties). The OJT Program is designed to provide an opportunity for WIOA eligible individuals to receive training, skills and workplace knowledge that enable them to obtain and maintain employment as well as to compete for job advancement opportunities. These services are one hundred percent (100%) funded with Workforce Innovation & Opportunity (WIOA) funds. No non-governmental sources/funding will be accessed. no later than 4:00 pm on Wednesday, July 3, 2024. Only complete bid will be accepted for review by the NPWDB, Inc. The NPWDB, Inc. will not pay any costs associated with the preparation of the RFP. The NPWDB, Inc. will not be responsible for funding a RFP in whole or part. The NPWDB, Inc. reserves the right to negotiate terms of all or part of a RFP approved for funding.
