NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO: ALL RESIDENTS, PROPERTY OWNERS, AND PERSONS DOING BUSINESS IN THE CITY OF MOUNDSVILLE, WEST VIRGINIA, AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:
Please take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Moundsville, West Virginia will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 13th day of June 2024 at 5:30 PM in the Council Chambers, City Building, Moundsville, West Virginia to consider and take comments upon a proposed sub-division of lot lines and replat.
“THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MOUNDSVILLE, WEST VIRGINIA WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE SUBDIVISION/REPLAT OF A CERTAIN DESIGNATED AREA WITHIN THE CITY OF MOUNDSVILLE FOR: A replat of 2602 & 2604 Second Street (LOT 1 SEC 45 MM&M CO ADD & LOT 2 SEC 45 MM&M CO ADD) to allow for the construction of a house and garage on the property, at which time and place you may attend and make objections and be heard.
Said designate area is situate at 2602 & 2604 Second Street in Moundsville, West Virginia and is more particularly described as Tax Map 11; Parcels 69 & 70 and recorded in the Marshall County Records.
