IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 24-JA-39 SHAUNA HICKEY, biological mother of infant M.G., whose date of birth is March 30, 2012 and JACOB GARNER, biological father of infant M.G., whose date of birth is March 30, 2012, natural child of Shauna Hickey. The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that SHAUNA HICKEY has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant M.G., whose date of birth is March 30, 2012. It is ORDERED SHAUNA HICKEY is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 2nd day of July. 2024 at 1:00 p.m. for a Preliminary and Adjudicatory Hearing, if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the removal of M.G. may be affirmed and she may be adjudicated as an abusive and neglectful parent. .
