IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 24-JA-30/31/32 JEFFREY BISHOP, biological father of A.W., whose date of birth is May 6, 2007, and who is the natural child of Krista Ward. biological father of I.B., whose date of birth is August, 21, 2023, and occasional custodian of infant M.D., whose date of birth is June 30, 2011., natural children of Betsy Bishop.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that JEFFREY BISHOP has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control A.W., whose date of birth is May 6, 2007, I.B., whose date of birth is August, 21, 2023, and M.D., whose date of birth is June 30, 2011. It is ORDERED JEFFREY BISHOP appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 8th day of July, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. for a Preliminary Hearing, if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise JEFFREY BISHOP, biological father of A.W., whose date of birth is May 6, 2007, biological father of I.B., whose date of birth is August, 21, 2023, and occasional custodian of infant M.D., whose date of birth is June 30, 2011, may be adjudicated as an abusive and/or neglectful parent.
