REQUESTS FOR BIDS
Village of Bethlehem
Sugar Lane Water Tank Mixing System
Sealed bids will be received by Village of Bethlehem at its office at 125 Bethlehem Community Park, Bethlehem, WV 26003 until 2:00 P.M. July 11, 2024 and said bids will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter for the construction of the following project: Sugar Lane Water Tank Mixing System. This includes demolition of existing 7 ft-4 in. by 7ft – 8in. by 8 ft tall brick building and water tank vault piping; installing new water tank vault piping and precast concrete roof over tank vault; installation of 13 ft. – 4 in. by 17 ft. – 4 in by 8 ft – 8 in. split face concrete block building to house water storage tank mixing equipment; equipment installation inside water tank; and miscellaneous site piping as shown on construction documents.

upon payment of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each electronic copy.
Bidders who submit a Bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Engineer’s office.
Bids are to be sealed and addressed to “Village of Bethlehem,” 125 Bethlehem Community Park, Bethlehem, WV 26003 and noted on the envelope as a Bid for Sugar Lane Water Tank Mixing System.
The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. The Village reserves the right to defer, delay or postpone the date for receiving and opening proposals. The Public Service District reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest responsible Bidder if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Project. The Public Service District further reserves the right to waive any informality in a Bid or reject such an informal bid if it is to their advantage to do so.
