Notice is given that EQT Production Company has
applied to the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a
G70-D General Permit for a natural gas production
facility located at 6286 Lowman Road, Jacksonburg, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.56535, -80.62639.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
NOX: 14.76 tpy
CO: 32.84 tpy
VOC: 12.70 tpy
SO2: 0.08 tpy
PM: 1.28 tpy
PM10: 1.21 tpy
PM2.5: 1.18 tpy
CH4: 21.79 tpy
CO2e: 17,910.66 tpy
Formaldehyde: 3.11 tpy
Benzene: 0.03 tpy
Toluene: 0.03 tpy
Ethylbenzene: < 0.01 tpy
Xylenes: 0.01 tpy
n-Hexane: 0.33 tpy
Total HAPS: 4.50 tpy
The facility is currently operating under permit
G70-A106. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality (DAQ), 601 57th Street, SE,
Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days
from the date of publication this notice. Written
