The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a Judgement against the Defendant.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using Due Diligence, the Plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the Defendant.
It is ordered that ALLYSON KAYE PRUITT do serve upon JANINE VARNER, magistrate, whose address is 26 15th Street, Wheeling WV 26003, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 30 days of the first publication date, otherwise judgement by default will be taken against ALLYSON KAYE PRUITT at any time thereafter.
