IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 24-JA-21 UNKNOWN FATHER of infant D.M.S., whose date of birth is March 3, 2024, natural child of Tawanna Cantrell. The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging the UNKNOWN FATHER of D.M.S. has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant D.M.S., whose date of birth is March 3, 2024. ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE FATHER OF INFANT D.M.S., whose date of birth is March 3, 2024 and who is the child of TAWANNA CANTRELL is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 16th day of July, 2024 at 1:15 p.m. for an Adjudication and Disposition Hearing , if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise UNKNOWN FATHER of infant D.M.S., whose date of birth is March 3, 2024, may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent and his parental rights may be terminated.
