PERMIT NOTICE

Notice of Application
Notice is given that McElroy Green Marketing, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality (DAQ), for a Regulation 13 Permit Application for a flare system with methane exhauster engine located at 5N#3 Borehole Flare Site near Cameron, Marshall County, West Virginia. The site is located off of County Route 17/6. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.8444 and -80.6004.

The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants: PM of 8.90 tons per year (tpy), PM10 of 8.90 tpy, PM2.5 of 8.90 tpy, VOC of 1.86 tpy, SO2 of 0.22 tpy, NOx of 44.17 tpy, CO of 88.85 tpy, and Total HAPs of 0.0825 tpy.

The facility will begin operating on or about August 15, 2024. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, DAQ, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at [email protected].
