The object of the above -entitled action is seeking money damages for an automobile accident which occurred in Martin’s Ferry, Belmont County, Ohio on July 12, 2022.
Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of February; Kirstie Perdue and Glenn Perdue, filed in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, their Amended Complaint against Benjamin E. Lobb regarding injuries they sustained from a motor vehicle accident.
It is ORDERED that BENJAMIN E. LOBB shall serve upon Plaintiffs’ attorney, Daniel P. Taylor, Esquire, whose address is P.O. Box 2827, Weirton, West Virginia, 26062, and Brenda L. Miller, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, whose address is 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before thirty (30) days after first publication hereof; otherwise, the matter will be set for hearing. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office. It is further ordered that this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Ohio County, West Virginia.
