IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 23-JA-119 AMANDA CARETTI, biological mother of infant A.R.C., whose date of birth is September 16, 2023 and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant A.R.C., whose date of birth is September 16, 2023, natural child of Amanda Caretti.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging the UNKNOWN FATHER of A.R.C. has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of A.R.C., whose date of birth is September 16, 2023. ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE FATHER OF INFANT A.R.C. whose date of birth is September 16, 2023 and who is the child of AMANDA CARETTI is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 1st day of August, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. for an Adjudication and Disposition Hearing , if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise UNKNOWN FATHER of infant A.R.C., whose date of birth is September 16, 2023, may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent and his parental rights may be terminated.
