Request for Bids
The Ohio County Commission, on behalf of the Wheeling-Ohio County Airport, will receive bids from qualified vendors, suppliers, or manufacturers for the following: One (1) new and unused commercial grade 70hp sub-compact 4×4 tractor with cab and batwing mower. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Suite 215, Wheeling, WV 26003 by 2:00pm on Friday, August 2, 2024, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids at its sole discretion, and to negotiate with the lowest qualified and responsible bidder.
