The object of the above-entitled acion is to recover damages against Jordan Laudermilt and Joel Kerr arising out of a vehicular crash on or about the 11th day of October, 2022, on Bells Lane, Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia, in which Defendant Laudermilt negligently caused the vehicle he was operating which belonged to Defendant Kerr, with a motor vehicle lawfully driven by Noah Beckman.
And it appearing by affidavit filed herein that Defendant Joel Kerr is a resident of the state for whom no officer, director, trustee, agent or appointed statutory agent or attorney-in-fact is found in the state upon whom service may be had, and that the Plaintiff has exercised due diligence in an effort to effect service.
It is ORDERED that Joel Kerr is to serve upon the Plaintiff;s attorney, Matthew C. Schebe, of Bordas & Bordas, PLLC, whose address is 1358 National Road, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before 30 days from the date of the first publication of this notice, otherwise judgememnt by default will be taken against Defendant Joel Kerr at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
