AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application

Notice is given that Jay-Bee Oil & Gas, Inc. has applied
to the West Virginia Department of Environmental
Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification
Permit for its Bashful Well Pad Production facility
located off Bonelick Road near Stringtown, WV in Tyler
County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude
coordinates are: 39.47313, -80.72104.

The applicant estimates the increased potential to
discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

9.51 tons of Nitrogen Oxides per year
30.45 tons of Carbon Monoxide per year
-3.82 tons of Volatile Organics per year
0.08 tons of Sulfur Dioxide per year
1.23 tons of Particulate Matter per year
0.06 tons of Formaldehyde per year
-2.08 tons of n-Hexane per year
-3.53 tons of total Hazardous Air Pollutants per year
15105 tons of Greenhouse Gases per year

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the
1st day of November 2024. Written comments will be
received by the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601
57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30
calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.

Notice is given that SWN Production Company,
LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department
of Environmental Protection, Division of Air
Quality, for a G70-D General Permit Modification
for a natural gas production facility (WILLIAM
RITCHEA) located in Wetzel County, WV.
From the Route 7 staging area, take Brock
Ridge(CR1/15) for 4 miles to the intersection with
route 89. Turn right on Route 89 and travel 2 miles
to Hollman Ridge(CR 1/17). Turn right on
Hollman ridge and travel 0.6 miles, then veer right
and follow 0.9 miles and entrance is on the left.
Latitude and longitude coordinates are:
39.67067, – 80.66358
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge
