LEGAL NOTICE
The Ohio County Solid Waste Authority will hold a public hearing concerning the five-year update of the Commercial Solid Waste Facility Siting Plan. The hearing will take place at the City of Wheeling Council Chambers, 1500 Chapline St, Room 103, Wheeling, WV 26003, on the 13th day of September, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., during which time public comments will be heard. The plan may be reviewed at Ohio County Public Library (52 16th St, Wheeling, WV 26003), Ohio County Commission’s Office (1500 Chapline St #215, Wheeling, WV 26003), and the Belomar Regional Council (105 Bridge St Plaza, Wheeling, WV 26003).
