IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 24-JA-39 SHAUNA HICKEY, biological mother of infant M.G., whose date of birth is March 30, 2012 and JACOB GARNER, biological father of infant M.G., whose date of birth is March 30, 2012, natural child of Shauna Hickey.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that SHAUNA HICKEY has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant M.G., whose date of birth is March 30, 2012. It is ORDERED SHAUNA HICKEY is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 19th day of August, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing, if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of :
