IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 24-JA-30, 31, & 32 BETSY BISHOP, biological mother of infants M.D., whose date of birth is April 10, 2015 and I.B., whose date of birth is August 21, 2023 and JEFFERY BISHOP, biological father to the infant A.W., whose date of birth May 6, 2007, and I.B., whose date of birth is August 21, 2023, and occasional custodian of the infant child M.D., whose date of birth is April 10, 2015.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that JEFFERY BISHOP has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of the infants A.W., whose date of birth is May 6, 2007, I.B, whose date of birth is August 21, 2023, and M.D., whose date of birth is April 10, 2015. JEFFERY BISHOP is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 5th day of September, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. for an Adjudication and Disposition Hearing , if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise JEFFERY BISHOP, biological father to the infant A.W., whose date of birth is May 6, 2007, and I.B., whose date of birth is August 21, 2023, and occasional custodian of the infant child M.D., whose date of birth is April 10, 2015, may be adjudication as an abusive and neglectful parent and custodian and his parental and custodial right may be terminated.
