The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that CASSANDRA THOMAS, MARC STEADHAM, UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants C.B., whose date of birth is July 13, 2011, Baby A.T., whose date of birth is March 31, 2024, and Baby B.T., whose date of birth is March 31, 2024. CASSANDRA THOMAS, MARC STEADHAM and/or the UNKNOWN FATHER are ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 21st day of August, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. for a Adjudication and Disposition Hearing for Unknown Father and Disposition Hearing for Cassandra Thomas and Marc Steadham , if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of CASSANDRA THOMAS, biological mother of infant Baby A.T., whose date of birth is March 31, 2024, Baby B.T., whose date of birth is March 31, 2024, and C.B., whose date of birth is July 13, 2011, and MARC STEADHAM, putative biological father of infant Baby A.T., whose date of birth is March 31, 2024 and Baby B.T., whose date of birth is March 31, 2024 may be terminated and UNKNOWN FATHER of infants Baby A.T., whose date of birth is March 31, 2024 and Baby B.T., whose date of birth is March 31, 2024, may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent and his parental rights may be terminated. .
