PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Separate, sealed bids for the following project will be received by the Housing Authority of the City of Moundsville, 501 Tenth Street, Moundsville, WV 26041 until 1:30PM/EST on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2024. Bids will be received from qualified contractors with a minimum 5-years’ experience in work being performed and registered with the Secretary of State to do business within the State of WV at the time of bidding.

Plans and Specifications are available through the Pittsburgh Builders Exchange, Construct Connect, and Ohio Valley Construction Employers Council. Electronic documents will be issued in PDF format only and sent by the Architect, Shaeffer & Madama, Inc., 57 Fourteenth Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 upon receipt of a $25.00 non-refundable payment for each project and valid email address.
