IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 24-JA-43 PAMELA MOORE, biological mother of infant D.D., whose date of birth is February 22, 2015 and CYRIL JOHN, biological father of infant D.D., whose date of birth is February 22, 2015, natural child of Pamela Moore.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that the CYRIL JOHN has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant D.D., whose date of birth is February 22, 2015. CYRIL JOHN is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on 24th day of September, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. for a Adjudication Hearing , if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise CYRIL JOHN, biological father of infant D.D., whose date of birth is February 22, 2015, may be adjudicated as abusive and neglectful parent.
