PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE OFAPPLICATION FOR NATURAL GAS HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMIT,  pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT Production Company 2400 Ansys Drive, Suite 200  Canonsburg, PA  15317 is applying for permits for natural gas horizontal wells:
WRIGHT 1H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 548259.421    UTM NAD 83 Northing 4382195.962;
WRIGHT 2H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 548254.911   UTM NAD 83 Northing 4382196.715;
All wells in Bartholomew Fork Watershed, Glover Gap Quadrangle, Mannington District, Marion County, WV which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty day period.
