PROPOSALS FOR
LEGAL SERVICE
The Wetzel County Commission is accepting proposals for legal counsel to collect delinquent personal property taxes. The contract will be for one year beginning April 1, 2019 and expiring March 31, 2020. All interested attorneys must have a valid West Virginia State Bar License. Proposals must include fee charged on a percentage basis and will be accepted until 9:00 A.M., Tuesday March 5, 2019. Proposal should be submitted to the Wetzel County Commission, P.O. Box 156, 200 Main Street, New Martinsville, WV 26155 in sealed envelope marked “Proposal for Legal Service”.
The Wetzel County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities.
