WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA
TIMBER FOR SALE
The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Section, offers for sale the following timber on approximately 24 acres of the 2,215 acre Cecil H. Underwood Wildlife Management Area in Marshal County. The purpose of this timber sale is to create and enhance game and nongame wildlife habitat.

Sealed bids for this timber will be received at the office of the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Section Steven Rauch, District Biologist PO Box 99 Farmington, WV 26571. Bids will be received up to and including 1:00 p.m. on April 17, 2019. Bids will be opened immediately afterwards. A bid guarantee of 10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} of the total bid price must accompany the bid and will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders.

Minimum acceptable bid shall be $11,253.66. Minimum bid per species must be met.

A conducted inspection of the WMA project area and review of the sale contract will be held at 10:00 a.m. on April 3, 2019. All persons interested in this tour should meet at the Rice Ridge gate/parking lot.
