It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Deanna Langsdorf is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Deanna Langsdorf serve upon Garrett Langsdorf, Petitioner, whose address is 635 Glenhite Ave. Wheeling, West Virginia, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Support and/or Allocation of Custodial Responsibility filed in this action on or before the 7th day of November 2024. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for relief demanded in petition.
