NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR AUDIT
PROPOSALS
Moundsville Housing Authority will accept proposals for Financial Audit for fiscal years ending December 31, 2024, December 31, 2025, and December 31, 2026, with an option to extend the agreement annually for fiscal years 2027, and 2028 at the discretion of the Housing Authority.
Interested parties must contact the Housing Authority to obtain a copy of the audit proposal requirements. The services that are requested will encompass all of the Housing Authority’s programs including but not limited to: Public Housing (248 units), and Capital Fund Programs.
Proposals can be mailed, or hand delivered to the Authority on or before 10:00 AM, November 8, 2024, and should be addressed as follows:

Moundsville Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities and minor irregularities, and/or modify or cancel the solicitation.
