The above entitled action is a civil suit which is brought on behalf of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., the party holding title to the property referenced herein for the reformation of a Deed of Trust to correct the legal description of the property described in the Complaint as to any interest of the above listed Defendants including Anna Howard.
And it appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of Anna Howard are unknown, and that counsel for the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain such information without effect. It is therefore ordered that Anna Howard, do serve upon Stephen L. Thompson, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose mailing address is P. O. Box 129, Charleston, West Virginia, 25321, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before May 10, 2019, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Anna Howard at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
