PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that CFOAM LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a class II update application for a CFOAM Production and Fabrication Facility located at 1142 Middle Creek Road, Triadelphia, in Ohio County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40.04339 -80.61828.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: PM 1.52 TPY, PM-10 1.52 TPY, VOC 0.93 TPY, Total HAPs 0.75 TPY.
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at
