NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR AUDIT
PROPOSALS
Moundsville Housing Authority will accept proposals for Financial Audit for fiscal years ending December 31, 2024, December 31, 2025, and December 31, 2026, with an option to extend the agreement annually for fiscal years 2027, and 2028 at the discretion of the Housing Authority.
The audit shall be performed in accordance with GAAS and Government Auditing Standards. The Auditor/Accountant must have prior experience in auditing HUD Housing Authority administered programs and must provide a list of these audits. The Auditor shall provide the Authority with a draft copy of the audit report for review and discussion before issuance and an electronic copy of the audit report in either Word or Adobe PDF format.
Proposals can be mailed, or hand delivered to the Authority on or before 10:00 AM, November 8, 2024, and should be addressed as follows:
